Can I view the videos on my mobile phone or tablet?

Yes, you can! This training platform was designed so you can watch the videos at home, but also so you can view them on a phone while setting up the exercises in your arena as a reference point.

Is this suitable for all levels of riding?

The modules vary greatly and can be adapted to you and your horse’s level. It’s important to start slowly and build your way up, only when you feel comfortable that it is within you and your horse’s capabilities. If you are in any doubt, please ask your trainer and see if you can work through the exercises together, and do not attempt any exercises if you are unsure.

How will I know how to set up the exercises at home?

In the relevant exercises there are some handy PDF graphics which you can either print out or view on your phone or tablet. These show how to set up the fences and give details on the distances in both yards and metres, depending on how you prefer to work! Please remember the distances are set up for a normal size horse. If in doubt - seek assistance from your trainer!

The videos are loading slowly, what do I do?

Check your internet connection and try connecting to a different browser if you can. Internet Explorer or Firefox may be faster than Google Chrome in some cases. Unfortunately we have no control over your internet or streaming speed, so see if you can switch service providers or use a different service.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! And they make a great instant gift for someone special, any time of the year! You can gift the Scott Brash Training Platform to friends and family in a few simple steps. You receive an email with a redeemable code which you can send to them!

How do I redeem a gift card?

Very quickly and easily! Simply head over to the 'sign up' page, enter your details (name, email and password) and then select the 'Redeem Gift Voucher' option. Here you can enter the code you were given, and voila - you will have access to Scott Brash Training!

I'm experiencing technical issues with the site, what do I do?

Try clearing the cookies/cache within your computer, if that doesn't do the trick please email us at pr@scottbrash.com with a screenshot of what you are experiencing and we will aim to get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I download the videos?

No, we’re afraid not - the videos are available to view on the desktop site with a purchase only. You cannot download them from the site but you can watch them as many times as you like while logged in!

How long do I have access for?

Once you have purchased access to the training you will have access for as long as the website exists! Please note we do reserve the right to remove the website without notice in the future should we wish, however you will have access for minimum one year or if not we will refund you.
